不知道什麼時候開始，農夫這個職業只出現在小學教科書、或是父母用來告誡子女努力讀書的口中。務農，看似無法在香港生存，Karen和Agnes依然選擇努力耕耘，將有機種植帶回我們身邊，希望香港人可以重新認識、重視農業，學會珍惜。 「種植其實是一件和我們生活很近的事。」
「小時候經常聽長輩說， 讀書不成就去耕田吧！直至近年不少本地人推動復耕，農夫工作變得現代化及科學化，不再是低學歷的工作。」楊愷恩（Agnes）和吳家欣（Karen）去年9月，雙雙辭去正職工作，成立Grow Something，為城市人提供上門安裝種植箱服務，實行自己菜自己種。
在香港這片彈丸之地，要推廣種植甚至發展農業，絕不容易，但仍有人願意花時間花心機花錢，將這熱愛的種子散播出去，吸引更多人了解行業生態。 Karen 和 Agnes 在 2018 年成立 Grow Something，專門上門教人種植，除了改變其他人對種植的舊有印象，更希望加強他們的信心，珍惜每天得來不易的農作物。
